Overview

Solar, storage, and grid power under one dispatch: self-consume by day, discharge at peak, and keep running through outages.

ComponentsSolar + storage + energy management
SettingsHomes / offices / factories / communities
BenefitsLower bills / more green power self-consumed / outage backup
01 · Who

Who it is for

  • Companies and homes with solar that want higher self-consumption and lower bills
  • Processes, cold chain, healthcare, and data centers with high reliability needs
  • Remote areas, islands, or end-of-grid sites with unstable supply
  • Campuses, schools, and communities that want a low-carbon showcase site
02 · What

What we do

Energy baseline review

Inventory existing generation, loads, and storage equipment, and the load curve.

System architecture design

Decide how solar, storage, grid, and loads connect, and the switching logic.

Energy management strategy

Design schedules for off-peak charging, peak discharging, demand control, and islanded operation.

Equipment integration

Integrate inverters, storage, meters, and controllers so the system works as one.

Installation and testing

Install, interconnect, and test switchover and islanding.

Monitoring and optimization

Build monitoring screens and keep tuning the strategy against real data.

03 · Process

How it works

  1. Current-state assessment

    Load, generation, and site conditions.

  2. Architecture design

    System configuration and control logic.

  3. Benefit estimate

Bill savings, self-consumption rate, and backup value.

  4. Build and integration

    Install, interconnect, and test.

  5. Operations optimization

    Monitor and keep adjusting.

04 · Deliverables

What you get

  • Microgrid plan

System architecture, equipment layout, and control strategy.

  • Benefit estimate

Bill savings, green power self-consumption share, and payback.

  • Monitoring and O&M guidance

Monitoring indicators and key maintenance points.

05 · FAQ

FAQ

How is a microgrid different from ordinary solar plus storage?

The difference is management. A microgrid has an energy management system that dispatches generation, storage, and loads together and can run on its own when the grid goes down; separately installed equipment each runs on its own.

Can it really keep power on during an outage?

Yes, but islanded operation and switchover must be planned into the design, and storage sized for your critical loads. Not every load needs backup, so ranking priorities first is the most cost-effective approach.

Can a factory microgrid make money?

It can cut demand charges through peak shaving and load shifting, earn payments from demand bidding, and self-consume or wheel rooftop green power. Actual returns depend on your load profile, so we estimate first.

Microgrid

One kWh:
how it reaches your home.

01 · Off-peak

Off-peak charging

At night, cheap off-peak grid power charges the battery so low-cost energy is stored first.

Battery storage planning →
02 · Solar

Solar generation

At sunrise, rooftop solar starts generating and charges the battery directly.

Solar PV planning →
03 · Self-use

Self-consumption by day

Solar powers the home and EV first; surplus is stored in the battery.

Green power procurement & wheeling →
04 · Peak

Evening discharge

In the evening or at peak hours, the battery takes over to avoid high tariffs.

ISO 50001 energy management →
05 · Backup

Power through outages

When the grid goes down, solar and battery keep the power on.
