01 · Who

Who it is for

  • Companies that want to adopt AI but don't know which department or task to start with
  • Organizations whose staff already use AI tools on their own and want consistent rules
  • Companies worried about data leaks that want to decide which work suits the cloud and which must stay on-premise
  • Small and mid-sized businesses that want to automate repetitive work such as document handling, customer service, and reporting
02 · What

What we do

Process interviews

Interview each department and record the work and pain points that take the most time each day.

Opportunity assessment

Assess each AI opportunity by benefit, difficulty, data availability, and risk.

Data inventory

Confirm what data is needed, where it lives, and its quality and access rights.

Cloud or on-premise decision

Recommend cloud services or on-premise deployment based on data sensitivity and cost.

Small pilots

Quickly prototype one or two high-value items to test feasibility.

Usage policy

Set AI usage principles and data protection rules to reduce risk.

05 · FAQ

FAQ

We don't have an IT department. Can we still adopt AI?

Yes. Many applications work from off-the-shelf tools. The point of the mapping is to find items that need little technical investment yet ease the load right away.

Will adopting AI leak our data?

This is dealt with first, during mapping. Sensitive data can stay on-premise, or you can use enterprise plans configured so your data is not used for training.

Do we have to hire you to build it afterward?

No. The result is a neutral roadmap. You can carry it out yourselves, hire another vendor, or have us help with the build.
