01 · Who

Who it is for

  • Companies that have completed an organizational inventory and want to quantify their reduction actions into visible results
  • Companies replacing equipment, improving processes or switching fuels that want to prove how much carbon they cut
  • Companies adopting solar, storage or energy management that want to turn savings into carbon reduction data
  • Companies considering voluntary reduction or carbon credit schemes
02 · What

What we do

Project eligibility assessment

Confirm the action meets the conditions of additionality, measurability and verifiability.

Baseline scenario

Define how much carbon would be emitted without the project, as the benchmark for comparison.

Quantification methodology

Choose the applicable methodology and formulas, and define project boundaries and leakage.

Monitoring plan

Design what to measure, how often, who is responsible and how records are kept.

Reduction quantification report

Calculate actual reductions from monitoring data and prepare the documents needed for verification.

Integration with energy solutions

We combine our hands-on experience in solar, storage and energy management so the reduction project can actually be delivered.

03 · Process

How it works

  1. Concept assessment

List feasible carbon-cutting actions and expected benefits.

  2. Project design

Set the baseline, boundary and methodology, and write the project plan.

  3. Implementation and monitoring

Collect data under the monitoring plan once the project is live.

  4. Quantification and reporting

Calculate reduction results and write the report.

  5. Verification preparation

Organize supporting documents and accompany you through verification.

04 · Deliverables

What you get

  • Project plan

Describes the project, baseline, boundary and methodology.

  • Monitoring plan and forms

Monitoring records that on-site staff can carry out.

  • Reduction quantification report

Reduction results calculated from actual monitoring data.

05 · FAQ

FAQ

How do reduction projects relate to organizational inventories?

The inventory shows where your emissions are. A reduction project targets one hotspot and quantifies the result. Without inventory data first, the project baseline will not hold up.

Will a reduction project earn me carbon credits?

Not necessarily. Obtaining reduction credits also requires meeting the methodology and review procedures of a specific scheme. We first assess which path suits your project, then decide how far to go.

Does replacing one energy-efficient machine count as a reduction project?

Yes, as long as the reduction can be measured, there is a reasonable baseline, and the replacement would not have happened anyway. Clarifying this is exactly what the project design stage is for.
